Happy December…

The countdown towards the year-end holidays is in full effect.  With that said, your first present is this workout.  A few of the members and coaches threw down at CrossFit Milford with several other teams from all over the area.  This chipper WOD was the longest workout of the weekend and it was also extremely enjoyable.  Teams of two will break up the entire workout however they see fit in order to finish as quickly as possible.   Those of us who were at the event saw many different strategies that allowed for maximal rest and minimal effort.  Coming up with a solid plan and a proper rep scheme will ensure success.  More importantly be sure to communicate with your partner as that will be absolutely vital to crushing the workout.  Challenge is set for teams to finish in under 10 minutes.
